What if my product shows up damaged?+
Email support@chainaminolabs.com with your order number, a clear picture of the damage, and a description. We will arrange reshipment of the damaged product.
What if I accidentally ship to the wrong address?+
We can only reship your package if it is returned to sender in this case. We recommend contacting your local post office to reroute the package or set up forwarding through USPS.com.
What if my package is missing products or contains the wrong items?+
Contact us, and we will promptly reship the correct items free of charge.
Do you accept returns?+
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, we will resolve any issues with your order promptly.
Do you issue refunds?+
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis by our customer service team. Provide your order number and a description (with pictures) when inquiring about a refund.

Why are Chainamino Labs products labeled "Not For Human Consumption"?
