All products sold by ChainAmino Labs are intended exclusively for qualified institutional laboratory research. These compounds are not approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for any therapeutic or diagnostic use and are sold strictly for laboratory research purposes or other controlled investigational settings.

Under no circumstances shall ChainAmino Labs products be used for human or veterinary consumption, administration, or application. This includes, but is not limited to, ingestion, injection, inhalation, topical application, or incorporation into food, cosmetics, supplements, or drugs. Any representation implying suitability for human use is a direct violation of these Terms.

ChainAmino Labs reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order and block further purchases if we have reason to believe that a customer is misrepresenting their intended use or is not a qualified research facility. We may conduct internal reviews, assess order patterns, shipping details, and public information, and we may report suspected misuse to relevant authorities.

You must be at least 21 years old to purchase from ChainAmino Labs. By placing an order, you affirm that you are legally eligible and authorized to receive, possess, and handle restricted research materials in accordance with all applicable laws.

Purchasers must be familiar with appropriate handling procedures and possess the necessary certifications or institutional oversight to safely store, study, and dispose of ChainAmino Labs products. Unauthorized use or deviation from approved research applications constitutes a breach of these Terms.

You acknowledge that this Agreement is supported by valuable consideration, including the ability to purchase from our website and access our Services. You represent that you have the capacity to be bound by this Agreement, or that you have authority to bind your organization if acting on its behalf.

ChainAmino Labs only ships to addresses within the United States. International orders are not accepted. By submitting an order, you confirm the shipping address is a valid U.S. location associated with a qualified research organization.

Any attempt to circumvent these restrictions may result in order cancellation.

We accept major credit and debit cards, ACH transfers, Zelle, and cryptocurrency. Orders are not finalized until payment has been successfully processed and verified, and all transactions must be made in U.S. dollars.

We reserve the right to verify your identity, payment credentials, institutional affiliation, and intended use before fulfilling an order. Transactions may be delayed or cancelled if fraud, noncompliance, or misuse is suspected.

Orders generally ship within one business day after verification. Once the package is accepted by the carrier, risk of loss transfers to the purchaser. Delivery delays or carrier damage are not the responsibility of ChainAmino Labs, though we will assist in resolving issues when possible.

Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping information is complete and accurate. We are not liable for packages lost or misdelivered due to incorrect information provided at checkout.

Returns are accepted only if the product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. You must request return authorization within 14 days of delivery. Unauthorized or non-original-condition returns may be refused or disposed of without refund.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return results from our error. Report defective or incorrect shipments within five business days of receipt.

All products are sold "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. ChainAmino Labs does not guarantee the accuracy, stability, efficacy, or suitability of any product for a specific research goal.

ChainAmino Labs shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products or Site. Total liability will not exceed the purchase price of the item giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ChainAmino Labs and its affiliates from all claims, losses, and expenses, including legal fees, arising from your breach of these Terms or any misuse of products purchased through the Site.

All content on the Site—including text, images, logos, product data, and software—is the intellectual property of ChainAmino Labs and may not be used or reproduced without written permission.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Any disputes arising from the Site or these Terms must be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Illinois, and you agree to the jurisdiction of those courts.

ChainAmino Labs reserves the right to update or revise these Terms at any time, and the most current version will always be posted on our website. Continued use of the Site after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

If any part of these Terms is deemed invalid by a court, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
